The supposedly non-verbal six-year-old Panagiotis, during the week he was in Patras with me, as many times as he had to answer "yes", he answered me by nodding and shaking his head.
I didn't hear a verbal "yes" even once.
When he got back to his base he had a conversation with his dad:
Dad:
"It was nice to meet Vangelis and he opened my eyes so I could listen to you and not brag on you."
Panagiotis:
"Yes. I love you!"
And he hugged his dad.
And when we met again and my dad told me their story:
I...
became...
the happiest man in the world!!!
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you guys....
from the bottom of my heart.
You are a part of my flesh.
Part of my soul!
THERE IS NO NON-VERBAL AUTISM
